If you experience difficulty while using Internet Explorer you may need to adjust your settings, please follow the below instructions.

  • From IE, go to Tools -- Internet Options
  • Under the “Advanced” tab locate the “Browsing” section
  • Disable (uncheck) – “Use passive FTP (For firewall and DSL modem compatibility)”
